There is a convenient phrase among political circle that there is no permanent friendship or enemity in Politics. However, it is not easily digestible among common men in India who corelate politics with its prominent faces over pure ideology. Generally, there are two faces of political coin which are inter dependent i.e. political ideology and face of political parties. In India, identity of political Parties have mostly identified by its prominent face who ironically hails from an individual or family of particular individual. No party is untouched of this practice with hardly an exception. People see Congress in Gandhi Family, SP in Mulayam and his clan, BSP in Mayawati, Trinmul in Mamta Banerjee, AIDMK in Jailalita, DMK in Karunanidhi and his clan, RJD in Laloo Pd. Yadav, BJD in Patnayak , NCP in Sharad Pawar and his clan, LJP in Ram Vilas Paswan and his clan, TDP in Chandrababu Naidu etc. However, there are hardly exceptions like CPM-CPI, BJP etc which can be counted on fingertips where Party is not at command of one indivual or clan.
When a party is being run on command of one individual or his family, political ideologies of party left behind and be kept at the back foot. So, when people see these parties to break their political differences and embrace each other like inseperable siblings, they understand that political parties in India works on principle of political necessity than political ideologies.
In recent times alliance of RJD and JDU in Bihar seems not mere indication of political necessities of both parties but threat of poitical crisis of both parties due to recent out come of last lokabha election. This situation not only verify the same political phrase but goes a step ahead. In Bihar Nitish Kumar established JDU (Santa Party) to counter Lalu and came into power after ridiculing his regime as Jungle Raj and defeating him in Bihar but now conveniently forgets his bitter criticism against RJD but they are showing that they are inseparable and in hand and glove to counter BJP to protect suecularism. However, in Bihar this alliance which is termed as super-aliance is bit undigestable among very understanding public who have witnesed progress of Bihar during regim of RJD. At present people of Bihar have no excitment about this super-aliance rather have curiosity to know fate of this alliance.
Anyway whatever be the fate of this super-alliance , it once again established changabe ideologies of political parties by so called democratic head of politics parties which hardly getting affected by respect and faith in ideologies andvfinaly proved that there I no permanent enemity friendship in politics even at the cot of ideologies and political morality.
