Bihar Vidhansabha election has been informaly announced and various political parties have started to gear up for the battle and seems alreadt pulled up their shocks but they still are no clear what for ?
There are various political parties who are battling this time but they all have fear to get unnoticed and irrelevant especially ally parties of Newly formed "Mahagathbandhan" comprising of existing ruling part i.e. JD(U) who were ally of BJP and separated before General Election and got badly rejected by people of bihar at that time
RJD who has been out of power since last decade and starve for it as even spplimentary drops of power gone away with defeat of UPA II and Congress who has already extinct from Bihar and washedout in General Election and badly need breath to sustain and be politically relevant and SP who is not very ambitious in Bihar and seems doing it as quid pro quo for UP election......for them it is more or less battle for their existence and therefore literally compromising with their basics and certainly will not leave even a single stone unturned for the victory.
On the other hand BJP has few allies with it under NDA like LJP , RLSP and party of Majhi .....among them BJP has experience of sucessfully working cordially with LJP and RLSP in last General Election but have task to do the same with ambitious allies especially party of Majhi HAM and changed circumstances as it is state Election. Although NDA is lacking behind in seat distribution among allies than Mahagathbandhan but mere seat distribution will not help but seat allocation at satisfaction at best is most important task.
Politics of Bihar has been going through ideological crisis among its popular leaders at ground level having less credibility to stick in one party and it may be turn both side and is too early to predict at this stage. Therefore, things be more clear once seat allocation and announcement of name of candidates will be done among all political parties.
At this stage BJP has its star campaigner and mass puller leader who are still very relevant and has appeal for common Bihari but lack strong face at state level and more than one claimant for the CM post may be its drawback but even at cost of it, BJP does not want to repeat same mistake which it did in Delhi. BJP has nothing substantial to loose from here except so called dent in Stature of modi if it looses here. Here, package announced by Center for bihar may allure voters but downplaying it irrationally certainly wouldn't help Mahagathbandhan.
Parties like JD(U) should rather focus on issue of development and good workbut seems westing much energy in order to divert the issue of development and law & order by doing Gherao of Modi , his statements and performance at center which may or may not help as common people of Bihar is sound enough to sense political motive and differentiate between center and State election and might not much motivated by DNA attack statement over performance of JD(U) led government and avoidable drama of Nitish kumar resignation and his resumption after Majhi removal. Its not too long since RJD has been in power and given failure governance at all front and people are really suspicious of the governance of this alliance.
Although things are still under wrap but overcrowded raillies of Modi and suffiently crowded recent so called Swabhimaan railly are not able to sense mood of voters yet but with passage of time and as election dates approaches ....things be clear for and of voters and Bihar will get its best through this election.
